Using bike/scooter parking to increase visibility at intersections

Consider explicitly mentioning the use of on-street bike and micro-mobility parking as a tool to prevent illegal motor vehicle parking near intersections to increase visibility at intersections (perhaps under the section discussing curb extensions/ bulb outs (?)). Hyattsville has implemented a model program for Prince George's County on how to add bike parking at local businesses and near public spaces. Adding bike and scooter corrals at intersections could be a cost-effective tool for both adding bike parking and increasing visibility at intersections. DC and other cities have been using this as a tool to daylight intersections.
