I am no expert on residential development, but there seems to be no end to the projects in Hyattsville right now and it concerns me. What are the benefits to the city and its residents? What are the negative impacts to the city and its residents?

I am concerned that few housing projects have set asides for affordable housing in Hyattsville. We have a growing homeless population. I live in 4100 block of Gallatin St. If I sold my house today, I would not be able to afford another house i. Hyattsville. Please make demands on proposed developers to have set asides for affordable housing.
