Reference County's 2012 Complete St Policy & 2017 Urban St Design Standards

Under the heading of Arterial Roadways on page 48, consider adding references and/or hyperlinks to Prince George's County's complete streets policy and urban street design standards. The county adopted a green and complete street policy in 2012 (see PG County ordinance Sec. 23-615. - Complete and Green Streets Policy), which should be applied to all planned county financed and approved road, sidewalk, trail and transit related construction and reconstruction projects. Additionally, the county should be applying the Urban Street Design Standards it adopted in 2017 to the county arterials in Hyattsville, either because they're located in local and regional transit centers, or because they've been adopted through sector plans.
