I live on 30th Ave just and walk or ride my bicycle on Nicholson several times a day to get into DC or the West Hyattsville Metro. I think this is a great plan to introduce some traffic calming efforts on a road that is often utilized as a cut through between Ager and Queens Chapel. Between the neighborhood being full of kids, the nearby elementary/middle schools, and Heurich Park, this is a wonderful project that will help multiple parts of the community.
