West Hyattsville Green Alley

The City of Hyattsville is working with the Neighborhood Design Center to develop a concept design for the alley behind Queens Chapel Town Center in West Hyattsville.

The City is planning improvements to the alley infrastructure in order to:

  • better connect the business district and the neighborhood;
  • incorporate attractive features that create a unique sense of place;
  • address stormwater management concerns;
  • provide flexible space for events and community gatherings;
  • and improve the overall aesthetics of the alleyway.

The Neighborhood Design Center held in-person feedback sessions in January and February 2024 with local residents and businesses.

Now we need your input in the development of the Concept Design!
