Residential Parking Permit Withdrawal, 37th Avenue

Residents along the 5700 block of 37th Avenue have submitted a petition to the City of Hyattsville requesting the withdrawal of the existing residential permit parking zone.

Based on public comment from this platform and at a February 23 Public Hearing about the petition, Hyattsville's City Administrator will make a recommendation to City Council to remove or keep the parking permit zone. The City Administrator's recommendations will be effective within 30 days after Council's receipt of the report, unless City Council votes otherwise.

Based on public comment and results of a parking study, Hyattsville's City Administrator will make a recommendation to City Council to remove or keep the parking permit zone within 30 calendar days after the February 23 Public Hearing. The recommendation will be posted here when it becomes available.

The City Administrator's recommendations will be effective within 30 days after Council's receipt of the report, unless City Council votes otherwise.
