Feedback from HelloHyattsville and community meetings was incorporated into a final design. After conversations with the community, it was determined that no parking should be removed on Lancer Drive or Longfellow Street, so chicanes are no longer being considered.

Instead, two (2) speedhumps will be placed on Longfellow Street and one (1) on Lancer Drive. Additionally, the temporary delineators currently at the intersections of Longfellow Street and Queens Chapel Road and Jefferson Street and Queens Chapel Road will be replaced with SHA-compliant Qwick Kurb.
