July 2024 UPDATE
The new playground equipment has been installed! Paving and landscaping work are underway. There was a slight delay in this timeline to allow for regrading of the paved areas for better stormwater management.
August 2024 UPDATE
The paving of the new walkway is almost complete. Installation of new trees and native plantings will follow.
September 2024 UPDATE
The walkway and sod installation are complete, but a period of very dry weather followed by a period of very wet weather has delayed the final plantings. Upcoming work includes stump grinding and native plantings. Currently the contractor estimates a completion in October, weather pending.
