Perhaps the western boundary of Ward 1 should continue down 42nd Ave between Longfellow and Farragut, given the proximity of these homes to Rte. 1 and the accompanying issues (e.g., development, parking, schools, businesses) that affect these homes. This would likely necessitate including, for example, the proposed Ward 1 area between 38th and west of Driskell Park or the area north of Queensbury and west of 42nd Ave. in Ward 2.
