play equipment location

I see both sides of the argument about moving the play equipment into the center. Shade is definitely very important but in my opinion it's bad that the old setup encourages owners to let their dogs off the leash in the park. If they did keep it to off hours and clean up reliably I wouldn't really mind but I've found dog poop left behind in the central grassy area when I was trying to picnic there. I've also had to deal with off-leash dogs during normal play hours when kids were there, despite a clear sign about leash laws. I really hope the final design for King Park doesn't encourage dog park use.
