To reinforce the desired residential and slower speed character of the road, I would recommend eliminating the double yellow center line striping along Gallatin.

Also, upvotes for the recommendation to use the bumpouts for bioretention and street tree planting.

Yes, please remove the double yellow line. So many studies have shwon that doing so will help to reduce speed and make the road safer.
